Doubt it? You won't after you read Leonardo, The Man Behind the Shroud. The author, Rena F. LaCaria, is a renowned self-taught artist who has studied the Masters all her life, and Leonardo is a particular passion. She knows his methods and uses them to prove her claim. In the book, she details the steps she took to recreate the Shroud to the last identical detail!

Leonardo, The Man Behind the Shroud is available for scholarly research and review at the Library of the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C.

Leonardo, The Man Behind the Shroud is a reference book based on da Vinci's personal hand-written notes on how he repeatedly manipulated drawings made from his studies of human cadavers in creating completely different works of art, all shown in this book, including the Mona Lisa, his self-portrait (Red Chalk Drawing) and a multitude of other paintings and drawings.

Throughout his notes, he made references to God and believed that all of his knowledge and understanding came directly from God. Contrary to popular theory and conjecture, Leonardo da Vinci was NOT an Atheist.

There are approximately 946 images of Leonardo's drawings, paintings and sketches, and 200+ collections of Leonardo's notes used to calculate measurements and proportions for his works. These notes were used in Ms. LaCaria's recreation of the Shroud of Turin and his other works!

Rena is producing Leonardo da Vinci's drawings as oil paintings to empower
his works and give meaning and life to the paint brush. Only one original reproduction will be created from each of Leonardo’s drawings. These reproductions are for sale.
